Inforce

Privacy policy

Last updated October 1, 2026

Covenant Capital Consulting LLC operates Inforce, a tool licensed insurance agents use to keep track of the policies they sell and to text or email their own clients about those policies. This policy says what information Inforce holds, where it comes from and what it is used for.

What we collect

About an agent's clients, entered by the agent who sold the policy:

  • first and last name, mobile number, and email address and state when the agent adds them;
  • policy details: the insurance carrier, the product, the coverage amount, the monthly premium, the draft day, the application date, the policy number, the policy's status, and the agent's notes;
  • consent records: that the client agreed on a call to get texts or emails, the number or address it covers, the agent who recorded it, when, and the exact script the agent read;
  • message history: the texts and emails sent through Inforce, whether each was delivered, the texts the client sends back, and opt-outs (a STOP reply or an email unsubscribe);
  • payment-problem notices: reports and emails from insurance carriers that the agent uploads or forwards, which name the policy and say that a payment was missed or a policy lapsed.

About agents and agency staff who use the app: their work email, the name they are shown as, their role and team, their sign-in sessions, and a log of the changes they make.

Inforce does not ask for Social Security numbers, dates of birth, bank or card numbers, or health information, and it doesn't use advertising or analytics trackers. The only cookies the app sets keep a signed-in agent signed in.

How we use it

  • to show agents and their agency the clients and policies they entered;
  • to send the texts and emails a client agreed to: a sign-up confirmation, a coverage confirmation, and payment reminders;
  • to honor opt-outs, and to hold texts outside 8 AM to 9 PM in the client's time zone;
  • to keep a record of what was agreed to and what was sent;
  • to email sign-in codes to agents, answer support requests and keep the service secure.

We don't use this information for advertising.

Who sees it

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

A client's information is seen only by:

  • the agent who entered it, that agent's team manager, and the owners and administrators of that agent's agency. One agency never sees another agency's clients;
  • Inforce support staff, when they open an agency's account to help it. Each of those sessions is logged;
  • the companies that run Inforce for us and handle the information only to do that: Twilio (sending and receiving texts), Amazon Web Services (sending email to clients), Resend (sign-in code emails to agents), Convex (the database), Vercel (hosting the app) and Cloudflare (receiving forwarded carrier emails);
  • anyone we are required by law to give it to.

Your choices

  • Texts: reply STOP to any text to stop them, and HELP for help. The terms explain the text program.
  • Emails: every email has an unsubscribe link.
  • Your record: ask your agent, or contact us, to see, correct or delete the information Inforce holds about you.

How long we keep it

Client records, consent records and message history are kept for as long as the agency that entered them uses Inforce, so there is a record of what was agreed to and what was sent. Contact us to ask for a record to be deleted sooner.
